Semi-Monthly & Monthly rates are based on a four week month.
Additional charge on Semi-Monthly if there are three service days in one month.

     All New Accounts Require An Initial Set-up/Clean-up Fee:  $25.00 
Includes an extra 30 minutes of clean-up time on your first clean-up in addition to your semi-weekly, weekly, semi-monthly or monthly clean-up time.

If your yard has been cleaned within 7 days prior to us beginning your service, and thus our initial clean-up time is considerably shortened, we will credit your account 50% of the set-up fee.

 ONE TIME CLEAN-UP RATE:  
$55.00 first 1 Hr. then $1.00 per minute there after.

We reserve the right to refuse service or adjust pricing based on size and condition of yards.
