PER AVERAGE SIZE YARD:
Semi-Monthly & Monthly rates are based on a four week month.
Additional charges will apply to all rates if there are 5 weeks in any one month.

     All New Accounts, Except One Time Clean-ups Require An 
Initial Set-up/Clean-up Fee Of $25.00.

This fee includes an extra 30 minutes of clean-up time on your initial clean-up in addition to your semi-weekly, weekly, semi-monthly or monthly clean-up time.

If your yard has been completely cleaned within 7 days prior to us beginning your service and thus our initial clean-up time is considerably shortened, we will credit your account 50% of the set-up fee.

 ONE TIME CLEAN-UP RATE:  
$55.00 for the first 1 Hr. then $1.00 per minute over the first hour.

We reserve the right to refuse service or adjust pricing based on size and condition of yards.

Ingredients: Alkyl Dimethyl Benzylammonium Chloride.

We just connect our sprayer to your garden hose and spray the formula directly on the yard or object to be deodorized.
